HiMATS Management
Founded in April 2001 to meet the increasing demands for accredited qualifications, HiMATS is a voluntary sector organisation with a board of directors drawn from other Highland-based organisations working with children and families. All directors are members of Connections; the voluntary sector networking partnership for Child and Family Support in Highland.
The board meets every quarter to review the work of the company, direct policy and agree procedures and targets.
The Executive Manager guides and supports this work and ensures clear communication is maintained between board members and staff.
